Rest In Power, Malcolm X: May 19th - Feb 21st

During Black History Month, everyone here at Manifesto, enjoys taking the time,
to salute the greats whenever we can. On February 21, 1965, Malcolm X was gunned
down at the Audubon Ballroom in Harlem. He was a man of many talents, and great courage.
One who reinvented himself, as easily as he changed his name from Malcolm Little,
to El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz and Malcom X. Take a look at this rare Playboy interview
below, and enjoy the late poet/activist/teacher Louis Reyes Rivera, perform his signature
poem on Malcolm’s passing. Malcolm X continues to inspire so many of us 45 years later.
