No, seriously, that's the name of this kitschy, eclectic loft complex in Tokyo.
The designers are a duo from NYC, Arakawa and Gins who's unique idea
when creating these living spaces was that comfort should play a small part
in comparison to living a healthy life through encountering challenges in
the home. That translates to loud and shocking colors, uneven floors and
transparent shower curtains among other things. Check the quick video out

The government's just approved a $1.5 billion project to re-develop the
city, suffering from a shrinking population. The biggest goal of this project?
To convert San Juan into a walking city where no cars will be allowed. For
