San Juan Re-imagined

San Juan, Puerto Rico is about to undergo a huge change...for the better.

The government's just approved a $1.5 billion project to re-develop the
city, suffering from a shrinking population. The biggest goal of this project?
To convert San Juan into a walking city where no cars will be allowed. For
