This amazing documentary, directed by Kristy Guevara-Flanaganits premiered in 2012 on Independent Lens | PBS, but still packs a punch! Sixty-two minutes dedicated to highlighting the crucial role that superheroine characters have played in pop culture, and how they ultimately supported the progression of women’s issues.
