Who saw this coming?!! On Saturday night, Dec. 14th, at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas, Marcos Maidana (35-3, 31 KOs) defeated Adrien “The Problem” Broner (27-1, 22 KOs) by unanimous decision.
Scored at 115-110, 116-109 and 117-109. Not only did this give Broner his first career loss, but it also crowned Maidana, the new WBA welterweight champion! This fight had trash talk, bad acting, and dry-humping! Yes you read that right, you would have thought you just paid for Cinemax After Dark, instead of a title boxing match! lol
