[Film] Mass Appeal & CNN Present – 'Fresh Dressed' (Trailer)

Fresh Dressed, is the new documentary from CNN and Mass Appeal dedicated to the history of hip-hop fashion. The documentary traces back to the way it was in Harlem when Dapper Dan was a house hold name, through Hip-Hops baggy era, to the high fashion risks taken now in the culture. The film hits video on demand, as well as limited theatrical screenings, on June 26th. Watch the trailer below.

[Music] Earl Sweatshirt – 'Solace' A 10 Minute Mini-EP

Earl is back again after his recent album release with Solace, the new 10 minute mini-EP. According to statements made in an NPR interview, Solace was made with his mother in mind. “So, like, yeah. I got one though. I’m sitting on one. We set up a studio at my house and I did a little project real real fast. It’s called Solace. And that, I’m just sitting — it’s more for my mom.” Enjoy!

Anthony Bourdain recently paid a trip to Miami, in hopes of learning more about the city’s music background and food scene. The clip is a preview from his new show “Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown” which airs Sundays on CNN. Questlove sat with Anthony on this episode, and they seemed to hit it off very well, talking about house music while getting into some chicken & waffles. Proof once again, that Hip-Hop will continue to take the world by storm.
