Chalfant, who brought the world ‘Subway Art’ & ‘Style Wars’, has released his
previously shelved film, ‘All City’. Done in part with Spank TC5 and ‘Snow White’,
this was meant to be a TV program about hip-hop and youth culture but never
saw the light of day due to lack of funding. Dig in and dig it.
