If you ever wondered if the iPad could ever
replace your laptop, the makers of HyperMac
batteries may have answered your question.
They've just announced the Hyperdrive, a fully
loaded USB hard drive that can store photos
and videos in amounts up to 750 GB. That's
right, 750 GB. It also can read JPEG and RAW
files with no problem, and can read up to 12
different memory card formats. It may cost a
pretty penny; the 120 GB version starts at $299
and the 750 GB costs as much as a new iPad
itself.
